These terms apply to the cross-border access, international website access, network acceleration, international routes, and related subscription services provided by QPVPN. By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any part is unacceptable, stop using the relevant services.
Service scope and eligibility
QPVPN provides network connections and route selection across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Available routes may change based on maintenance schedules, network conditions, and regional rules applied by target services. Listed regions describe service coverage and do not mean every route will perform identically at all times, locations, or under every network condition.
Users are responsible for preparing devices, operating systems, and a basic network environment that meet system requirements and can connect normally. Different network operators, exit regions, device performance, target website policies, and usage periods may affect connection results. QPVPN may maintain its clients, routes, and connection methods as needed to keep the service operating normally.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscription choices, route connections, and ticket activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but each account and subscription is intended for management and use by the account holder. Reselling, renting, publicly posting subscription details, or sharing account or connection credentials with unrelated third parties on an ongoing basis is not allowed. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account issues, and other losses caused by resale, public distribution, or improper sharing.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade during the term is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should verify the plan, traffic allowance, and account details before submitting payment. Payment results for Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are determined by the order status shown in the user panel.
Lawful use requirements
When using QPVPN, users must follow the laws and regulations, service agreements, and content rules applicable in their location and to the services they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights, malicious traffic, interference with network facilities, unauthorized system access, or conduct that may affect other users' normal access.
Target websites and online platforms may set their own regional, account, content, and access rules. QPVPN provides network connectivity and does not control third-party content, account reviews, or service policies. Users must determine whether a specific use complies with the relevant platform requirements and accept responsibility for the results of their own actions.
Availability and limits of liability
Route performance may be affected by device status, basic network failures, regional network changes, system maintenance, third-party service changes, and other factors beyond control. QPVPN will maintain and schedule routes according to operating conditions, but does not separately guarantee access to a particular website or content, a fixed route, or continuous connectivity. Planned maintenance or important service changes will be described on the website or in the user panel.
To the extent permitted by law, QPVPN is not liable beyond the relevant subscription fees already paid for connection interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by user device configuration, improper handling of account credentials, third-party platform rules, the basic network environment, or events beyond control. Users should retain important materials according to their needs and confirm network status before critical operations.
Suspension and termination
Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions in the user panel. If an account involves subscription resale, public distribution of credentials, malicious use of service resources, interference with route operations, violations of lawful use requirements, or avoidance of normal billing procedures, QPVPN may suspend relevant connections, restrict account features, or terminate the service based on the impact.
Before taking action, QPVPN may display the reason in the user panel or ask the user to correct the relevant conduct. Where risks require prompt control, the service may be suspended first and reviewed afterward. Account termination does not affect orders, liabilities, or dispute-handling obligations that arose before termination.
Refund guidance and changes to these terms
Refund rules are described in the separate Refund Policy. A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. The refund policy page governs the application method, eligibility, and processing rules.
QPVPN may revise these terms because of service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule updates. Revised content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or service use may also be announced on the website or in the user panel. Continued use after an update means that the revised terms are accepted. If a change is unacceptable, stop using the service.
