Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what information QPVPN processes when providing cross-border access, network acceleration, and subscription services, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how users can request deletion. Using the service means that the user has read this policy; if the processing practices are not acceptable, the relevant features should no longer be used.
Information Collected and Processing Purposes
Creating a QPVPN account does not require an email address. A username and password are enough to create an account. The service therefore does not request an email address during registration. The system processes the username, securely stored password credentials, account status, and subscription status for authentication, account access, plan delivery, and security management.
After a transaction, the system stores necessary order records, including the selected item, amount, payment status, creation time, and refund status. This information is used to confirm service entitlements, resolve billing issues, apply the refund policy, and reconcile transactions. Payment credentials and complete payment account details are handled by the relevant payment provider. QPVPN receives only the result information needed to complete the order.
The website may also collect analytics such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device type, network address, and page interactions. This helps verify that pages work properly, improve content structure, and investigate unusual access. Analytics are not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Diagnostics
QPVPN does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, queries, or message bodies, or create long-term activity records that link an account to a specific destination.
To establish connections, calculate plan traffic, maintain route operations, and troubleshoot faults, the system may process necessary technical information while the service is running. Examples include whether an account has valid entitlements, the route used, traffic usage, connection errors, and the client environment. This information is used only for service delivery, security checks, and technical diagnostics, and is not retained as browsing history. Once the relevant operational, billing, or troubleshooting purpose is complete, diagnostic data is deleted or de-identified, except where records must be retained by law.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers, and feature preferences. This data keeps sessions active, prevents repeated logins, and restores settings chosen by the user.
After cookies and local storage are disabled or cleared, public pages remain available, but login status, language preferences, or some account features may need to be configured again. Users can view and clear locally stored data through browser settings. Signing out ends the current authentication state but does not delete order or account records.
Third-Party Payment Processing
QPVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service, which may collect transaction account, network environment, and risk-control information under its own rules. QPVPN does not control the independent data practices of third parties, and users should review the privacy information provided by the relevant service before payment.
The service retains transaction results related to order fulfillment but does not require users to disclose complete payment credentials on QPVPN pages. In the event of a refund, a payment status mismatch, or an order dispute, necessary order identifiers may be used to reconcile details with the payment service.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Security
Account and order information is retained only as needed to provide the service, fulfill transactions, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet applicable requirements. Retention periods vary by purpose: short-term connection diagnostics are deleted or de-identified when their purpose ends; account and order records are retained while the account remains active, entitlements are being delivered, or billing reconciliation remains necessary.
Users can submit a ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. After receiving a request, the system may require account identity verification. Data that no longer needs to be retained will be scheduled for deletion or de-identification. Data related to valid orders, refund processing, security incidents, or necessary billing records will be handled after the relevant purpose ends.
QPVPN uses access controls, transmission protection, and credential protection to reduce the risk of misuse, disclosure, or unauthorized access. Users should also keep their username and password secure and sign out after using a public device.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes to the scope of data processing will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the site. Continuing to use the relevant updated features indicates that the user is aware of the revised content.
